We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online from AceCanopy.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Store credit of the purchase price will be issued, minus the shipping, handling fees (Any "Free Shipping" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return) and a 20% restocking fee.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item. There are no signs of wear on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
All items that are properly returned under this policy will be issued store credit.

"Ace Canopy Warranty"
Any flawed pop up tent, tarp or outdoor canopy can be replaced within thirty 30 days of its purchase. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to neglect, snow, hurricane, earthquake, fire or any other act of nature. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation. Ace Canopy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Let us know about the damage within 30 days by calling our customer service. Any inoperative or flawed tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Tarps Plus, attention "Returns", 5651 FM 971. Weir, TX 78674.
AceCanopy.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than the aforementioned warranty.
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. In stock items ship within 24 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. Some items may take up to 10 business days depending the season. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask. We will be more than happy to try to get it to you by that date.
We ship by UPS Ground-Commercial.
California residents pay 7.25% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside California are exempt from sales tax.
Address correction charges:
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy.
This fee is charged to us by FedEx and UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. How to cancel an order: If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Orders will be canceled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must refuse delivery or follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product.
