This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the canopy not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. Ace Canopy makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. All rejected unsigned shipments may be returned, minus the shipping, handling fees and a 20% restocking fee.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product.(TARPS MUST STILL BE IN AN IT'S SEALED PACKAGE) We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
All items that are properly returned under this policy are eligible for store credit. Store credit will be credited to your order or account for a future purchase.

Any flawed item can be replaced within thirty - 30 - days of its purchase. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to neglect, snow, hurricane, earthquake, fire or any other act of nature. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation of any item purchased on our website. Ace Canopy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the item, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Any inoperative or flawed tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Ace Canopy, attention "Returns", 5651 FM 971. Weir, TX 78674.

We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. Canopies that are in stock ship in 24 hours from the time you order. Canopies usually ship out approximately within one to two business days. Canopy orders can take up to fifteen business days to deliver but this is highly unlikely. Ace Canopy's main goal is to get your order to you ASAP. Monday through Friday are business days. Although we are open on Saturdays and Sundays, Fed-Ex or UPS might not be shipping on those days. Rush orders can always be requested. Ace takes pride in getting your canopy to you when you need or want it.
We ship by Fed Ex Ground-Commercial.
California residents pay 9.75% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside California are exempt from sales tax.
Charges for an address correction:
If the wrong information was placed on an order i.e. house address, incorrect zip code, no apartment number etc) a $5.00 charge will be incurred for ground shipments and a $10.00 charge for all air shipments if an adjustment is needed after an order has been shipped out. Incorrect order information can also create a longer shipping period. Make sure to check your shipping order information before an order is placed.
FedEx and UPS charges a fee for incorrect shipping information. Ace Canopy understands mistakes happen and we will take every step to make sure your order is corrected and shipped out immediately.
When your order is complete, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to you. A seconded email confirmation will be sent one to two days later when your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information for your shipment so you may track your order. You can contact us any time for inquires about tracking your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number.
How to cancel an order: Because our daily order count is so high it can be difficult to find an order while it is being processed. Please try to call us to cancel any orders no longer than 1 to 6 hours after your order was placed. There is no guarantee we can cancel an order after it has been placed due to our quest to get orders out so quickly. There is a $10 charge for canceled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped out, please call us immediately. If your order has been shipped out, you must follow our standard return procedure. Please see the returns section for further details on returning an order. If a delivery is refused, we will issue a store credit for the item cost minus the initial shipping charges and restocking fees.
