How Long will it take to receive my shipment?
We ship our orders within 1 to 2 business working days. This means, the order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business after the order was placed. All ground orders usually take the following amount of time after they have been shipped:

West Coast = approx. 1 to 2 business working days
Mid West = approx. 3 to 4 business working days

FedEx ground shipments can take up to 7 to 15 business working days to arrive but this is highly unlikely. Orders for custom canopies can vary. We are located in Los Angeles so when you put your order in, we are still going.

"How can pole canopies be secured for those living in windy areas"?
For those living in windy areas, it is preferable to use foot pads (see accessories page), attach to the bottom of each leg , with all the outdoor canopies.. There are three holes on the bottom plate of each foot pad, enabling you to drive a canopy stake (see our accessories page) or concrete screws through it to secure it to most surfaces.
*note: our pop up tents come with canopy stakes and has built in foot pads.

Which tarp is the coolest and cuts out maximum light?
Our silver canopy tarps are the coolest and most light resistant, because the silver is made with a black mesh inside of the material and does not allow any light to pass through. Our white, Red Green, orange and yellow tarps are translucent and allow some Light, but not U.V. rays to pass through, so that you get only natural light. Our shade screen/mesh tarp provides up to 73% shade protection and are water resistant.

Do you also provide canvas?
Yes. We provide optimum quality canvas (can be purchased upon request).

Why did I get a 12x20 Tarp for my 10x20 canopy?
You need the 12x20 size, that is an extra 2 feet in order to fit over the top because of the peak on the canopy.

Though our canopies are highly resistant, we cannot provide guarantee against any type of weather related incidents. It is recommended that each leg of the canopy be secured down by means of foot pads & canopy stakes. For those living in areas with heavy winds, it is advisable to use bungee cords with hooks (please refer to Accessories page).

The canopy tarp I received is 3 to 4 inches less on each side... what is a "Cut Size".
The cut size is the industry's standard way to measure. I.E. a 10x20 can be a (Approx.) 9'8"x19'10". Do not worry, the tarp will still fit the canopy.

What does the top cover consist of?
Our high grade outdoor canopies are manufactured using Heavy Duty U.V. Protected Tarps (which is a type of plastic) and Our Pop Up Tents are made with optimum quality fire retardant polyester. Our shade canopies are made using a heavy duty nylon woven mesh screen, which cuts out harmful U.V. Rays of the sun.

Where can I find directions for my canopy or tent?
Directions for canopies and tents should be in the box the canopy came with. In most cases you can also find the directions printed on the box. You can also go to the product page of that canopy or tent and click on the tab that says "Directions" and you will find directions in a and in some cases a how to video.

How is the canopy tarp top cover attached on outdoor canopies?
The top cover for the pole canopies are attached by means of ball bungees cords, which go through the grommet(metal hole) and are tied up to the frame. Grommets are at every 18" around the whole perimeter of the tarp canopy cover in order to ensure a snug fit.

How can I make a canopy stable in the wind? Some tips for windy conditions and canopies:

  • 1) Foot pads are a must. Foot pads hold the legs to the ground. The foot pad has 3 holes that can have canopy stakes driven through it for dirt or concrete screws for pavement.
  • 2) Mesh side walls also help the canopy with windy conditions. The mesh tarp side walls invites the wind in but defuses it's power.
  • 3) in case of heavy winds it is highly advisable to take the canopy down. A tarp canopy is no match for mother nature.
