Outdoor Canopy 10x10 Heavy Duty FAQs:
How many legs are on this canopy?
4 Legs.
Why is a 10x12 Tarp used to cover a 10x10 canopy. Is this correct?...
Yes. You need 10x12 size because of the peak on the canopy. You need an extra 2 feet in order to fit over the top.
What is the diameter of the poles on this canopy?
The pole diameter is 1 3/8".
What size diameter foot pad do I need for the Outdoor Canopy 10x10?
The 1 3/8" foot pad.
What is the weight of this canopy?
The weight of the 10x10 Outdoor Canopy is: 92 lbs.
Is this canopy waterproof?
The top cover to the Outdoor Canopy 10x10 is 100% waterproof. The polyethylene material is a solid plastic base material that makes it impossible for water to go through minus holes or tears due to acts of nature.
What is the wind rating on the 10x10 outdoor canopies?
There is no wind rating on the canopies due to the unpredictable nature of weather. There are many ways to secure and protect your canopy due to heavy winds - please see "tips for windy conditions and canopies" below.

We ship our orders within 1 to 2 business working days. This means, the order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after the order was placed. All ground orders usually take the following amount of time after they have been shipped:
West Coast = approx. 1 to 2 business working days
Mid West = approx. 3 to 4 business working days
East Coast = approx. 4 to 5 business working days
UPS ground shipments can take up to 7 to 15 business working days to arrive but this is highly unlikely.
Note: A 10x10 Canopy frame requires a 10x12 Tarp Cover - A Canopy Cover 10x10 = A 10x12 Tarp Cover. So when you receive your 10x10 Canopy, the cover will say 10x12 - This is due to the high peak of the canopy frame.
Some tips for windy conditions and canopies:
1) Foot pads are a must. Foot pads hold the legs to the ground. The foot pad has 3 holes that can have canopy stakes driven through it for dirt or concrete screws for pavement.
2) Mesh side walls also help the canopy with windy conditions. The mesh tarp side walls invites the wind in but defuses it's power.
3) If there are severe winds it is highly advisable to take the canopy down. A tarp canopy is no match for mother nature. Please see our warranty policy for canopies and acts of nature.
