Warranty Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online from acecanopy.com. We have a 30-day limited warranty. We will repair or replace any part of the canopy within 30 days of purchase if defective. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to rain, wind, snow, fire, neglect, misuse, or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from a canopy installed and fastened improperly. Ace Canopy makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Ace Canopy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of any product sold on this website, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Any defective canopy or part must be sent (shipping pre-paid) to Ace Canopy 5651 FM 971 Georgetown, TX 78626. All rejected unsigned shipments may be returned, minus the shipping, handling fees, and a 20% restocking fee.

Ace Canopy does not warranty party tents and canopies with legs higher than 8 ft (this includes the ones that can be adjusted to over 8 ft.). 

AceCanopy.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than the aforementioned warranty.  A copy of your receipt must be presented in order to redeem warranty. 

 

Return Policy

The mission of Ace Canopy is to satisfy every customer. If you are dissatisfied with the item or service, you can return it back within 30 days from the order date. Returns must be in new / unused condition. New and unused returned items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping for your order, the outbound freight charges will be deducted along with the 20% restocking fee.

 

The returned shipment must include the product inside its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and original documents included. No items will be accepted back if they have been used. If any returned item has been used, the order will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping back to them if they wish to get the returned items back. All items that are returned following these instructions will receive a refund for eligible items minus a 20% restocking fee and the freight charges.

Shipping Policies:
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock ship in 1-2 business days from the order date. Canopies usually ship within one to two business days. Canopy orders can take up to fifteen business days to deliver, but this is highly unlikely. Business days are Monday through Friday.  Most orders ship via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground services unless an expedited service has been selected and paid for. 
 

We ship by Fed Ex Ground-Commercial. 

Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside of Texas are exempt from sales tax.

 

Free Shipping offer:
Our free shipping means the price is built into the cost of the product for orders over $99. This gives our customers the ease of knowing the price without worrying about additional shipping charges at checkout.
The free shipping offer is not valid for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or any International orders.
The free shipping offer is for a limited time only. AceCanopy.com reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time. The total cost of the item, the shipping cost, and sales tax on their website must be calculated into the price match price.

 

Charges for an address correction:
If the wrong information was provided on an order i.e. house address, incorrect zip code, no apartment number etc) a $5.00 charge will be incurred for ground shipments and a $10.00 charge for all air shipments if the adjustment is needed after an order has been shipped. Incorrect order information can also create a longer shipping period. Make sure to verify your shipping information before an order is placed.

FedEx and UPS charge a fee for incorrect shipping information. Ace Canopy™ understands mistakes happen and we will take every step to ensure your order is corrected and shipped immediately.

When your order is complete, an email confirmation will be sent to you. A second email confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information for your shipment so you may track your order. You can contact us any time for inquires about tracking your order at [email protected]. Please include your name and order number.

 

How to cancel an order:
Because our daily order count is so high, it can be difficult to find an order while it is being processed. To cancel any orders, please try to call us no longer than 1 to 6 hours after your order was placed. There is no guarantee we can cancel an order after it has been placed due to our quest to get orders out so quickly. There is a $10 charge for cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped out, please call us immediately. If your order has been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedure. Please see the returns section for further details on returning an order. If a delivery is refused, we will issue a store credit for the item cost minus the initial shipping charges and restocking fees. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If an order has not been shipped, the order therefore can be cancelled. If the order has been shipped out, you must refuse delivery. If you accept the delivery or the delivery was made, please follow our standard return procedures.
