This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting a canopy installed and fastened improperly. Ace Canopy makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. Ace Canopy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of any product sold on this website, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Ace Canopy does not warranty party tents and canopies with legs higher than 8 ft (this includes the ones that can be adjusted to over 8 ft.). For these items, the customer assumes responsibility for any damage that may occur due to wind, rain, snow and other acts of nature. All party tents and canopies with legs lower than 8 ft. have full warranty.

Return Policy
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all of the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.  All items that are properly returned under this policy are eligible for store credit. Store credit will be credited to your order or account for a future purchase.

Shipping Policies:
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. Items that are in stock ship in 24 hours from the time you order. Canopies usually ship within one to two business days. Canopy orders can take up to fifteen business days to deliver, but this is highly unlikely. Ace Canopy's main goal is to get your order to you. Monday through Friday are business days. Although we are open on Saturdays and Sundays, Fed-Ex or UPS might not be shipping on those days. Rush orders can always be requested. Ace takes pride in getting your canopy to you.

We ship by Fed Ex Ground-Commercial.
California residents pay 9.75% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside California are exempt from sales tax.

Our free shipping means the price is built into the cost of the product for orders over $99. This gives our customers the ease of knowing the price without worrying about additional shipping charges at checkout.

Charges for an address correction:
If the wrong information was provided on an order i.e. house address, incorrect zip code, no apartment number etc) a $5.00 charge will be incurred for ground shipments and a $10.00 charge for all air shipments if the adjustment is needed after an order has been shipped. Incorrect order information can also create a longer shipping period. Make sure to verify your shipping information before an order is placed.

FedEx and UPS charge a fee for incorrect shipping information. Ace Canopy understands mistakes happen and we will take every step to ensure your order is corrected and shipped immediately.

When your order is complete, an email confirmation will be sent to you. A second email confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information for your shipment so you may track your order. How to cancel an order:
Because our daily order count is so high, it can be difficult to find an order while it is being processed. Please try to call us to cancel any orders no longer than 1 to 6 hours after your order was placed. There is no guarantee we can cancel an order after it has been placed due to our quest to get orders out so quickly. There is a $10 charge for canceled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped out, please call us immediately.
